Sunday, August 12, 2018 - excellent Franciacorta (70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir) aged in barriques. Fine bubbles and crust of bread coupled with elegant minerality and some aromatic taste. Best paired with bread, butter and anchovies. In a hot afternoon at La Thuile watching at the passing time
