Thursday, June 25, 2015 - Golden coloured. Chamomile, honey, quince, pineapple and minerality on the nose. Softly textured and transparent with low acidity on the palate. Lovely fragile notes of nougat on the finish. Wonderful and elegant on its own. Best (most expressive) when served at (or just below) room temperature.
