Friday, June 12, 2015 - (See my previous notes) This wine is even more amazing with an over night decant. We decanted for 4-6 hours, poured back into the bottle. Placed it back into the wine frig. all night and reopened an hour before consumption on day 2. Simply stunning. This wine will be so good in 4-5 years I can't even imagine. I only bought a case. I need to get more of this one.
