Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Drank 4 bottles last night with friends. 2 had an 8 hour decant and 2 were pop and pour. All we spectacular. As I have said before the nose on the ones had been opened all day smelled just like Blueberry pie a la mode with cinnamon (literally). Its the most amazing nose. Huge blueberry notes explode off the palate with this wine. (see previous notes)

These wines are ready to go now. Smooth as butter. No heat. No rough edges. This wine is always a show stopper.
