Monday, January 4, 2016 - Vikings actually beat the Packers (Gary and Judy's): This was pop and pour, drank a good-sized glass over an hour. This wine is absolutely delicious. The tannins are so smooth, just silky. It seems completely resolved, gushing with fruit. This is not the so-called iron fist in a velvet glove, this is a velvet glove filled with feathers. Lots of dusty rich chocolate on the palate.
