Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Opened this at Fleming's on Valentine's Day! Dense concentrated black fruit, loads of vanilla, dark chocolate and fine tannins. After an hour and a half decant, layers of complexity revealed some tobacco and leather as it opened up. Paired very well with the filet mignon and cheesecake with blueberry sauce. Shared a small tasting with our waiter whom was a first timer for Caymus SS.
