Tuesday, June 21, 2016 - Opened for birthday dinner and decanted for 2 hours. Dark, thick, and inky! This was a well made wine. I liked it, but I'm learning that this isn't my favorite style of wine. Enjoyed with Filet Mignon and was better with the food.
