Friday, December 2, 2016 - We tasted this wine against the 2009 and 2011 Select. Smoked them both. Very complex and refined. Almost black on the pour. Classic caymus! Decanted for 2hrs at room temp. Blackberry, earthy chocolate, lite oak and vanilla come through this slightly more condensed beauty. Easy to drink with a nice long finish. Every sip gets better and better. More in the cellar, thank god!!
