Wednesday, October 23, 2013 - 100% Tempranillo grown at Rioja Alta. Made with juice obtained by bleeding after contact with the skins for 24 to 48 hours at a controlled low temperature before fermentation.
Salmon colour with a pinky rim. Compelling nose displaying cherry confectionery and strawberry aromas with some palate weight but keeping its freshness. Very good balance of alcohol and acidity. Impressive rose.
