Saturday, March 10, 2018 - Decanted for 20 minutes. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, currant, mulberry and a touch of forest floor. Flavors of black cherry, blackberry, iron, mint and a touch of chocolate. The finish lasts about is big and lasts for about 30 seconds with blackberry and melted chocolate notes. This could have used a longer decant but not understanding the lack of love here. This is a real nice bottle of Cab and fans of new world cabs will not be disappointed.
