Saturday, October 20, 2012 - Fifteen years old from the cellar. It was probably a little past its prime although after some airing it actually lost the foul tastes and opened up nicely. It never quite got to a greatness level but was a pleasantly aged Shiraz. Started to go south not long after it hit its peak flavor.
