Friday, September 16, 2016 - Absolutely gorgeous. Even better than last time. It too about 20 minutes to open up, lose the funk and come together. This isn't as savory as last time. There's a solid fruit core and even some sweetness is felt on the midpalate. The nose though remains sanguine and full of iron. Probably one of the best aged Burgundies I have drank to date.
