Tuesday, August 13, 2013 - Very interesting. A hint of oxidization in both color and on the palate, but in a way that adds to the complexity. Pineapple, peach and other summer fruits vie for attention in fruit cocktail, but sans sweetness. Really different and a treat at the beach with all sorts of finger foods.
