Sunday, December 8, 2013 - There are two different notes here as we had a freshly opened bottle and a bottle that had been open for 3 - 4 hours. We'll designate them "old" and "new" to differentiate the two reviews.

Old: aroma - rosemary, floral, raisin; taste - chewy, tannic, dark fruits, mouth drying, angular feel - 84

New: aroma - cedar, dark fruits, charcoal; taste - tannic, needs food, but velvety and soft - 86
