Friday, January 19, 2024 - Purple, glass-staining, closed for the first hour or so then opened with blueberries, currant-cherry syrup, mineral and mint. Palate offers a bitter attack followed by a rapid and light fruit fade. Almost imperceptible finish. I enjoyed the bouquet but found the palate to be lacking.
