octopussy Does not like this wine:

Wednesday, May 29, 2013 - 15 Cabernet Francs: Very dark and opaque black colour. In the nose, it stinks badly at first of lovage. This goes away and makes room for aromas of smoked ham, japanese soy sauce, malt coffee and blackberries. On the palate, it's thick, jammy, bitter and has massive walls of tannins with a texture of sandpaper. Bitter finish. Almost impossible to swallow. Too ambitious.
