Saturday, May 17, 2014 - Decanted 1hr, paired with 3" thick tomahawk ribeye. Very rich, with loads of blueberry, cranberry and currants. Not as complex as I was hoping, still has some sweet tannins to shed, may integrate more complexity with time. 89+
