Saturday, April 6, 2019 - Very deep red colour. Not much of a bouquet but very complex and wonderful flavour profile. Dark plums and cherry notes. Slight floral tones and also a little bit of leather. Tannins have really softened and finish is very light. Great for drinking now. Poured the glasses and let them sit for about half an hour.
