Tuesday, December 24, 2019 - Golden color. Silex, ripe peach, pineapple, passion fruit. Round start, medium acidity. Tropical fruit in the aftertaste. Nice minerality. 5 to 6 seconds aftertaste. Not bone dry without being sweet.
