Saturday, September 23, 2023 - First bottle in three years. This has opened a bit but is still young with years ahead. Rapier acidity, very mineral with flavors of lime, kumquat and white flowers. It has a dense seam of orange peel in the middle. This is rich and not at all lean. Just young. I am drinking it on its own but it would probably be better with food.
