Friday, March 31, 2023 - This bottle was not oxidized but was also past its prime. Color is good.
Jasmine and vanilla and mushroom nose, a bit of honey. The palate is earthy, not showing much fruit, acid also faded, some fraying structure on the back end. Bottle by bottle at this point.
