The color is an orangish, salmon pink. The nose is like fresh air, not necessarily fruity, with a nice whiff of white flowers. By the time you take a couple of swallows, it kind of grows on you. I would like more fresh red fruit. I don't dislike the non fruit, earthy, mineral flavors. Only moderate acidity. A touch of bitterness on the finish.
