Saturday, May 2, 2020 - Ripe apples, ripe pears, Meyer lemon. Dried herbs, white pepper. Medium+ bodied and medium acidity. This has held up exceptionally well over 8 years. Paired it with sausage pasta in a light cream sauce which was perfect.
