Saturday, April 26, 2014 - Ruby-crimson red, good consistency.
Dark stewed kirsch cherries on the nose, fruit bomb, some floral notes. Powerful and pleasant nose.
Smooth and full mouthfeel. Balanced acidity, tannin and fruit. A rich yet elegant wine! Great paired with wild boar and dark chocolate ragu on fresh pappardelle.
