Friday, April 3, 2015 - Popped and poured. Really didn't start hitting its stride until at least an hour of being open. Aromas of green pepper, game, currant and black berry. On the palate, this has flavors of blackberry, cherry, iron and mineral. Ends with a nice finish of 20-25 seconds.
