Friday, May 31, 2019 - It took a good 2 hours for the wine to flesh out its full potential. Hazelnut, peach, corn and coffee beans. The acidity bursted out with more time in the glass. Still fresh and vibrant. Drank like an aged Chevalier Montrachet.
