Sunday, September 21, 2014 - My last bottle from this batch, it had a medium yellow center and clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose featured lemons, honey, white stone, and apples.

While this was good right out of the gate, it was better after 5+ hours of air. It was rich and ripe with lots of glycerine and great acidic cut. It was quite long.

This was maybe the best bottle of the bunch. It showed quite well and certainly made a case that this moderate level premier cru from a so-so vintage should be taken more seriously.
