Tuesday, May 19, 2015 - 2 hr decant served with Salmon (dijon/honey glaze) cooked on cedar plank. slight barnyard on the nose with dark fruits. well balanced acidity/alcohol and med finish. Was well recieved by all 6 dinner guests.
