Tuesday, June 9, 2015 - Arguably the best reason for Sauvignon Blanc to exist. Ripe pears and peaches on the nose and palate. Mineral and acid well-balanced. This lil lady will bloom into a well-structured, powerful yet elegant lady worthy of sipping by anyone on the planet. Awesome, albeit currently a touch young.
