Tuesday, October 29, 2013 - Oh hoho this has baby fat to shed (overly sweet, floral nose initially) but it Jekyll and Hyde teeters between a stunningly mineral wine and what initially seems it will be an overly sweet wine--but one whose acid finish nevertheless rakes all sugar off the palate. This is good wine indeed.
