Wednesday, June 22, 2016 - Nose starts the whole thing off with buttery-vanilla, peach cobbler, a hint of burnt/baked apple and some lemon drops ... Palate proves to be just as complex and even more appealing: buttered almond, toffee, peach syrup, apple puree, and vanilla. At 4 years of age this wine has hit its stride ending with a crisp finish - the wine is supple and creamy through the palate but with enough acidity to carry it.
