Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Bright purple-red color with slight translucence. Spicy, blackberry nose. Deeply flavored on the palate, big blackberry fruit, hint of raspberry, anise. Firm tannins, bright acidity, good balance. Finishes moderately long with bramble fruits and spice. There is a touch of heat (15% ABV). Classic Zin. Drink next 3 years.
