Sunday, July 15, 2012 - Consumed with friends on Bastille Day. Classic Paulliac, the wine was in my cellar since 1988 and was fresh and of good color and fruit. Tasted against an 09 sleeper of the vintage and was superior, but maybe in 10 years the 09 will be superior.
