Sunday, April 24, 2016 - Tasted as part of the 1989 Bdx tasting of the Seattle CT group -- this was the ringer, and provided a mini vertical as we also had the 1989 Clerc Milon. This was my second favorite wine of the night. Lovely rich nose of chocolate and plum. Very floral and feminine on the palate, with the same chocolate and plum but also violets and other darker flowers. This was both incredibly approachable and complex. Lovely wine, and sure to last for years more.
