Saturday, March 2, 2019 - Although allegedly past it's drinking age this wine has held up very nicely. Stored since purchase for the last 30+ years, cork was still in very good shape. Soft, smooth and gentle. A classic Pauillac, typical musty nose, medium bodied with with soft tannins. Let decant about an hour and still lots of life in the glass while drinking through dinner. Oak, leather, red fruit and licorice. Should continue to drink well for a least a couple of years.
