Tuesday, December 22, 2020 - Interesting wine drinking very nicely at this point. Splash decant and dug right in. I say interesting because the wine has virtually no nose. But a silky medium rich mouthfeel with some wonderful tannic ruggedness on the finish. Paired with a vegan spaghetti bolognese!
