Friday, July 13, 2012 - Brick red core fading to orange at the rim. Cherry/raspberry nose overlaying some oak. Good acid on the attack, a bit of the red fruit in the mid-palate; finishes long with smooth silky tannins. I like! Nice with a prime dry-aged NY strip, too.
