Friday, September 25, 2015 - Interesting marriage of high acidity with ripe round fruit, like a hypothetical blend of picpoul and roussanne. Intense citrus and green apple notes, with more subtle grassy and mineral tones, on both the nose and palate. I actually liked this more on day 2, but would still recommend drinking within the next year.
