Thursday, June 4, 2015 - WCC 1990s California Cabernet Blind Tasting (Dorato's Resturant, Guilderland, NY): [Double decanted and filtered (due to broken cork) about 5:30 pm.] Big smokey nose. Fabulous, ripe, tannic, but one of the more flamboyant wines tonight. Very drinkable.
