Monday, July 27, 2015 - PnP, heavy, almost perfumed strawberry and stewed fruit in the nose. The palate is a little hot and brings in some cherry notes along with tar, which I enjoyed. In some ways similar to the American version of a zinfandel but with less emphasis on any oak/creaminess.
