Monday, April 6, 2020 - My second bottle of this and it seems less interesting than I remember, with an interplay of faint sweeetness, racy acid, and lime pith with a hint of cardboard in the background (not corked; it's bottled under screwcap). The whole equals less than the sum of the parts. Slightly spritzy, which is something I remember from the previous bottle.

On day two the carboard note disappeared, but otherwise the wine seemed relatively unchanged.
