Sunday, July 7, 2013 - color: pale yellow; nose: faint floral; taste: light-bodied mouth feel, semi-tart apple taste, short-length finish with butter scotch notes; overall: clean, pleasant, and simple pour which should pair well with soft cheeses. Extra point because it is available in Japanese wine shops.
