Compared to a 2000 Dauvissat Clos tasted a few days ago, this is younger, less evolved, lighter, and altogether more the essence of Chablis, not that that wine wasn't fantastic too. This is by far the best and most pristine of 4 bottles of this that I've had since 2007. I hope the remaining ones are as thrilling.
