Sunday, July 25, 2021 - Deep yellow, a bit edgy acidity on open, eased with air time. Drank over two days, better day 1. Citrus, lemon, mineral, light vanilla, softer yellow stone. Nice mouthfeel, moderate rich, good length, finish a tad curt. Day 2, hints of pineapple,, shorter. Overall, quite good.
