Tuesday, July 16, 2013 - Rich ruby color. in the aroma: sour cherries, as well as some mushroom, flowers, black pepper. High acid, medium tannins, light-medium body. Denser than other Cab Franc I've tried. Will age well, I think, but drinking fine now. Very reminiscent of Beaujolais Cru.
