Saturday, August 18, 2012 - The wine was very mineraly on the nose, with aromas of white flowers, grapes, citrus, green apple, apricot, some young pineapple, a see breaze component and white pepper. On the palate the wine was very mineraly and salty, with citrus, grapes, apple, hints of apricot and young pineapple, and white pepper. The medium-bodied wine had high acidity, a good, almost creamy mouthfeel and phenomenal length. It improved with time and was best on day two. A great GV. 90+
