Wednesday, April 17, 2013 - With Sirloin steak. Opened 8hrs before drinking and small measure poured. A year since last tasting this wine, and it's really helped.
Similar crowd-pleasing profile as before, but even more integrated. Up-front fruitiness has backed off a little to be replaced by a little incipient complexity.
Surprisingly delicious!
