Friday, April 10, 2015 - Visit to Domaine Louis Michel-2013 and 2012 Wines (Chablis): Wonderful combination of flowers and citrus. Moderate density enlivened by zesty acidity. Lovely balance of fruit and oyster shell. As with all of these wines, great purity. This manages to have significant palatal authority and grip while retaining a sense of lightness. More feminine, finesseful style of Grand Cru, perhaps even a bit lighter than the Montee de Tonnerre. Excellent.
