Saturday, November 5, 2022 - Showed absolutely beautifully. I was expecting something a little bit aged and rich - but it was wonderfully youthful yet well developed. Rich on the nose (butterscotch, cream) yet saline and nervy on the palate, with citrus and rich apple. Unmistakably Chablis made in the Dauvissat style.
