Monday, December 14, 2020 - Popped and poured. White orchard fruit, lemon rind and a broth-like “earthy” element. Mineral and stony with a rich lemony texture, moderate acid and a lingering finish. Like the Vaillons 2 weeks ago, this is in a great spot. Like the 12 PCs from Dauvissat.
